Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present criminal petition was settled before the Lok Adalat at Visakhapatnam and compromise was also recorded by the Lok Adalat on 19.08.2017. Hence, on the strength of compromise recorded by this Lok Adalat, Visakhapatnam, learned counsel requested this Court to close the criminal petition case. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are needed to be passed in the case and accordingly the criminal petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
