The Hon'ble Dr.Justice Shameem Akther Criminal Petition No.10841 of 2017 Order:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused Nos.1, 3, 7 and 8 seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.40 of 2017, on the file of Iragavaram Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 307 r/w 149 IPC. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the bail applications of accused Nos.1 and 8 were dismissed by this Court vide Orders, dated 12-08-2017 and 27-07-2017, in Crl.P.Nos.5595 of 2017 and 3944 of 2017 respectively.

As seen from the First Information Report, the names of the petitioners are mentioned therein; the allegations levelled against all the accused are almost similar; there are

Dr.SA, J Crl.P.No.10841 of 2017 Dt: 15-11-2017 specific accusations against all of them; and charge sheet is not filed. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
