This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.10 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.93 of 2018 of Kalapathar Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 24.06.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, and SC PCS No.51 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
