This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing pattadar pass book and title deeds in favour of the petitioner for his land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.33-1 of Nayampudi Village, Nakkapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, inspite of his application dated 05.05.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form 6-A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form 6-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
