Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the representation dated 03.10.2016 submitted by the petitioner for correction of the entries in the official website of the revenue department known as "Web Land" as per the revenue records being maintained by respondent Nos.3 and 4 in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.3.98 cents in different survey numbers situated at Chowduvada Village, Pusapatirega Mandal, Vizianagaram District, as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 03.10.2016, made by the petitioner to respondent Nos.3 and 4, in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the respondent-authorities may be directed to consider the representation after issuing notice to all the affected persons. 6.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 03.10.2016, made by the petitioner for correcting the online entries, after giving notice to all the affected persons who according to the learned Government Pleader are said to be in possession, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
