ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.41 of 2016 of Mannur Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 427, 147, 506, 307 IPC r/w 149 IPC and under Sec.3(i)(v) & 3(1) (x) of SCs & STs (POA) Act, 1989, against them.

2. It is alleged in the complaint that on 06.03.2016 at morning, while the de facto complainant and others were constructing foundation work, A1 to A5 armed with sticks and deadly weapons, trespassed into the said property and caused damage to the material worth Rs.30,000/-. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. In view of the serious allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners/A1 and A2 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioners/A1 and A2 are directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition

shall stand closed.
