This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant him anticipatory bail in Crime No.91 of 2017 of Proddatur III Town Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections 306 and 506 I.P.C. r/w 34 I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-A.4 having argued for some time, sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event of change of circumstances. 3.

Under these circumstances, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in terms of this order.
