Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record.

This is the second application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.1. His earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court as per the orders passed in Crl.P.No.8740 of 2017 on 09.10.2017. There is a seizure of 20.5 kgs of ganja from the Car of the petitioner/accused. The allegations are grave. There are no changed circumstances. This Criminal Petition deserves no consideration.
