THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6227 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused seeking to recall the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against him by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in C.C.No.1257 of 2007 dated 7.1.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrants issued against the petitioner on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,000/- with one surety for the likesum with an undertaking for his future appearance for trial before it.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
