Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner filed letter dated 16.12.2016 before the registry seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
