HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41521 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in laying the road through the land of the petitioner situated at Vattinagulapally Village and Gram Panchayat, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-H.M.D.A, would submit that the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh application to the 1st respondent, seeking compensation for laying the road through the lands of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, in which event the 1st respondent-H.M.D.A shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of another four to six weeks. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application to the 1st respondent, seeking compensation for laying the road through his lands, within a period of two weeks from today, in which event the 1st respondent-H.M.D.

A, shall enquire into the allegations made and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four to six weeks, thereafter. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _________________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Date:16.11.2018.
