SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12283 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.849 of 2018, pending on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 R/w.120-B of I.P.C. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press upon the other grounds mentioned in the Petition and he only seeks for a direction to be given to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. 4.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. before affecting the arrest of the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 3. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
