Alleging interference with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring 7052 sq.yards under Survey Nos.1531, 1532, 1533, 1573 and 1586, at Nizamabad Shivar, Nizamabad mandal and District, by the respondent authorities, the petitioners filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the subject property.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placing before the Court the written instructions received from Tahsildar, Nizamabad South, Nizamabad District, submits that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the subject land.

In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities not to interfere with the subject land without following due process of law. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
