"This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-A9 for the offences alleged under Sections 3 and 4 of Gaming Act, 1974 and 20 (b) (ii) (c) r/w 8 (c) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-A9, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.
No ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner-A9. A3 and A4 were granted bail by this Court as per order, dated 21.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.10408 of 2017.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the investigation conducted so far, the petitioner-A9 can be granted bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on some conditions.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner-A9 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to the satisfaction of
