HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41524 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take steps to stop the illegal and unauthorized constructions made by the 3rd respondent encroaching the passage existing towards the Western side of the petitioner's premises bearing H.No.2-1-165 and 2-1-165/A, Near Fire Station, Main Road, Suryapet, by taking into consideration of the representation dated 22.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, would submit that the 2nd respondent, may be directed to pass appropriate orders, on the representation dated 22.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to stop the illegal and unauthorized constructions made by the 3rd respondent in the subject premises, in accordance with law. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation dated 22.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to stop the illegal and unauthorized constructions made by the 3rd respondent in the subject premises and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs.
