THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10341 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A8 to A10 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2017, pending on the file of the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatna, wherein cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 411 and 201 r/w 120-B IPC and 13 (2) r/w 13 (1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that judgment was pronounced on 28.02.2018 in the impugned C.C.No.2 of 2017 by the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatnam. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
