The petitioners are A.1 and A.2 and the 1st respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are filed to permit them to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively in C.C.No.422 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Puttur, Chittoor District, which is out come of Crime No.50 of 2018 of Vedurukuppam Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and memorandum of compromise was also appended. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in C.C.No.422 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Puttur, Chittoor District, are hereby quashed and they are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 and A.2, if any, shall stand cancelled.
