HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 5 8 3 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that consequent upon the death of the petitioner's son one Mr.Madhu, the petitioner herein, who is the mother of the said deceased, made a claim bearing No.31417008655 vide policy No.EAS110615383 to the respondents claiming the benefit.
According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the same was followed by a representation to the District Collector on 25.11.2017. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that despite the same, no action has been taken by the respondents herein in the direction of redressing her grievance.
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
Keeping in view of the nature of the controversy, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to look into the matter and to take appropriate action/ pass appropriate Orders by taking into account the representation, dated 25.11.2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, strictly in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
