This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.238 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Chillakallu Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC and Sections 37 r/ w Rule 27 of A.P. Walta Act, 2002 and Section 3 of PDPP Act, 1984. After arguing the matter for awhile, Sri V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v.

St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er . With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
