HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.173 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri A.Muneendhar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

2. This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in IA No.542 of 2015 in ATC No.1 of 2013 by the court below, in receiving the documents filed along with the petition under Order 8 Rule 1-A(3) and Section 151 CPC.

2. The documents are certified copies of the Judgment of the High Court and an order passed in IA No.253 of 2008 in ATC No.3 of 2008. On being satisfied with the grounds urged by the respondents herein, the learned trial court received the said documents. I do not see any error of jurisdiction exercised by the trial court in receiving the documents. Therefore, the civil revision petition is devoid of any merits.

3. Consequently, the civil revision petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.
