The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted a representation dated 28.09.2018 to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Kothagudem Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, requesting to make correction of wrong entries in the Pahanis for the land in an extent of Ac.0-11 guntas in Survey No.86, and land in an extent of Ac.0-37 guntas in Survey No.66, and the land in an extent of Ac.1-07 guntas in Survey No.85 (total extent of Ac.2-15 guntas) situated in Kothagudem Revenue Village and Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, alleging that respondents 5 and 6 have illegally entered their names in the Column of "Anubhavadharu" and in the Column of Anubhava Svabhavam as "Kriyam", but their representation has not been acted upon yet. Therefore, the petitioners seek a direction to the official respondents not to entertain any further mutations or alienations in respect of the above land. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioners have not made application in Form VI-A and therefore they may be directed to make necessary application in Form VI-A.
In view of the same, the petitioners shall make application in Form VI-A and on such application being made, the competent authority is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
