2. Heard Mr. Pratap Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner established the industry in question, way back in 1994. The period for which the petitioner was entitled, if at all, to the amount of incentives in the form of deferred payment of sales tax is already over now. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, it is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
