HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.299 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in delaying the formal grant of letter indicating continuation of affiliation/validity to the petitioner's colleges, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 11.08.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
