ORDER:

By order dated 29.10.2018, Fair Price Shop dealership authorization of the petitioner was cancelled by Revenue Divisional Officer. Against the decision of Revenue Divisional Officer, Appeal lies to the Collector (Civil Supplies). As the remedy of Appeal is available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of Appeal by raising all the contentions available in law, including the contentions urged in the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
