HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10704 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9800 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.409 of 2017 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle, Guntur District, which is outcome of crime No.51 of 2016 of Repalle Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 506 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.10704 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
