THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9832 OF 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.130 of 2016, pending on the file of the II Addl. Judl. I Class Magistrate, Tanuku, for the offence alleged under Section 379 r/w 114 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
