ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following ORDER:

"This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2, for grant of bail in Crime No.62 of 2017 on the file of the Hanumanthunipadu Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 307, 509 read with 34 of I.P.C. and Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner/accused No.2 is that he saw the video shown to him by the accused No.1. There are allegations against the other accused with regard to misbehaving with the sister of the de-facto complainant. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the investigation conducted so far against the petitioner/accused No.2, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused No.2 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kanigiri. After being released on bail, the petitioner/accused No.2 shall report before the Station House Officer, Hanumanthunipadu Police Station, Prakasam District, on every Sunday between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet.

5. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
