The grievance of the petitioners is that I.A. No.326 of 2017 in O.S. No.14 of 2017 is not being disposed of by the I Additional District Judge at Nizamabad and that the matter has been adjourned on a number of times. 2.

Docket of the said Court has also been placed before me, which supports the contention of the counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the said I.A. is pending before the said Court for more than 11⁄2 years, the I Additional District Judge at Nizamabad is directed to dispose of I.A.No.326 of 2017 in O.S. No.14 of 2017 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both sides.

Accordingly, this Revision is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall stand closed.
