THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WP NO. 30431 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed with the following prayer, ".....to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Habeas Corpus against the respondents herein holding that the detention of Nanduri Uday Kiran @ Bobby, S/o. late N. Rajesh, vide the proceedings No.SB (I) No.205/PD/S-1/2016, dated 22.04.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent and confirmed by the 1st respondent through G.O.Rt.No.1467 General Administration (Law & Order) Department, dated 28.06.2016 as illegal, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents herein to set the detenue i.e. Nanduri Uday Kiran @ Bobby, S/o. late N. Rajesh free in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders........."

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
