On 27.10.2016, we permitted the auction to go on, but granted a stay of confirmation of the auction of the sale alone. 3.

Today, it is reported by Mr. E. Madan Mohan Rao, learned standing counsel for the State Bank of Hyderabad, appearing for the respondents, that there were no takers in the auction and, hence, the auction got cancelled. Therefore, the prayer sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner will make an application for regularization of his account.

Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue any other remedy, the Writ Petition is closed.
