Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public prosecutor for the respondent_State and perusecl the record.
3. The petition was filed by the petitioner husband questioning the interim maintenance granted by the wife and child. No interim orders were passed by this Court. The stage in
'.r a the trial Court is not known. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner husband to question the final maintenance, iI any, granted by the Family Court. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand tI closed.
