THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.21765 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the action of the 1st respondent-University in not processing and granting affiliation orders to the 2nd petitioner Institution for the academic year 2016-2017 as arbitrary and illegal. At the time of hearing Sri Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri V. Ramachandra Goud, Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy and Sri Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1, 2 & 4 and 5 respectively and the learned Government Pleader for respondent No.3 submitted that in the similar matter, a Division Bench of this Court has passed an order dated 05.07.2016 in W.P.No.6780 of 2016 and the same order may be made in this Writ Petition also. In view of the above submission, the 1st respondentUniversity shall take necessary steps in terms of the order dated 05.07.2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.6780 of 2016 and Batch.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
