HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 5 2 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada City, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that on 08.11.2018, the sonin-law of the writ petitioner came to Police Station and submitted a complaint against the 5th respondent. The Station House Officer, Suryaraopet P.S., received the complaint dated 13.11.2018 of the writ petitioner from the son-in-law of the writ petitioner, as the writ petitioner is old aged lady and cannot walk, and made GD entry. The Station House Officer, Suryaraopet P.S., verified the contents of the complaint and it is clearly discloses that the matter pertains to civil in nature.
It is submitted that on reading of the complaint filed by the writ petitioner one S.A.No.19/ 2018 is pending for enquiry in the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam. Hence, the Station House Officer, Suryaraopet P.S., informed to the son-in-law of the writ petitioner under proper acknowledgment with advise to approach the Civil Court."
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada City. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail other remedies open to her, in accordance with law.
