Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. No representation on behalf of the unofficial respondents. Since the writ petition is being disposed of without going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. 2.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in trying to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the unofficial respondents in respect of the petitioner's lands in Survey No.385-1 and 385-2 admeasuring Ac.1.08 cents situated at Bhimagaripalli Village of Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the name of the petitioner is shown in the revenue records, the respondent-authorities are trying to issue pass books and title deeds in favour of unofficial respondents, without the knowledge of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the pattadar pass books and title deeds are not issued to the unofficial respondents till date, a direction may be given to the

respondent-authorities to hear the petitioner before issuing the same.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to issue notice and hear the petitioner, whose name is shown in the revenue records, before issuing the pattadar pass books and title deeds to the unofficial respondents, if not already issued, at the earliest. 6.
