Rama Chandrudu Petitioners (Accused 3 & 4 in Cr.No.66/2017 of Mylavaram P.S., Kadapa District) AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by Public Prosecutor, SHO, Mylavaram P.S., Kadapa District, High Court of Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the Crime No. 66/2017 on the file of the P.S. Mylavaram, Kadapa District, pending enquiry and trial. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.Nitesh, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4, for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.66 of 2017 on the file of the Mylavaram Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

A2 is granted bail by this Court today in Crl.P.No.11068 of 2017. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners-A3 and A4, they can also be enlarged on bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed directing the petitioners-A3 and A4 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Mylavaram Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said S.H.O. shall release the petitioners-A3 and A4 on bail, on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction. On release, the petitioners-A3 and A4 shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438
(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioners-A3 and A4 shall attend before the Station House Officer, Mylavaram Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, on every Sunday between 9.00 A.M. and 10.00 A.M. till filing of charge sheet." ASSISTANT REGISTRAR // TRUE COPY // for ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
