THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46290 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of crime No. 178 of 2016 on 26-10-2016 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code by respondent No. 2 on the complaint made by respondent No. 3. A reading of the complaint discloses prima facie case for registration of the crime. In these circumstances, this Court cannot interfere with the registration of the crime except reserving that the police while investigating the crime shall follow due process of law including Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
