THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40888 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action considering the complaint of the petitioners, dated 03.11.2016 for providing police protection to the person and property of the petitioners' agricultural land admeasuring Acs.10.00 in survey No.731 (731/1 and 731/2) situated at Roopla Naik Thanda, Gannaram Village of Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District by implementing the Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.281 of 2009 by the Hon'ble Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nizamabad, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioners and their property mentioned above. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners made a representation dated 03.11.2016 to provide police protection to petitioners and their property, the respondents 2 to 4 are not providing police protection and as such, he seeks a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioners and their property. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representation dated 03.11.2016 submitted by the petitioners and provide police protection to the life and property of the petitioner if the respondents 2 to 4 are of the view that there is any necessity to provide police protection.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 25.11.2016 pln
