Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, took a slip from the Court on 13.11.2019 seeking withdrawal of the case, as the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court. Today, the learned counsel appeared in the Court and reiterates the request for withdrawal. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
