HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.32378 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4, in proposing to conduct sale of eucalyptus trees/crop raised in land admeasuring Ac.12.00 in Sy.No.297/1 of Kandukuru Village and Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate petition in O.A.No.881 of 2014 on the file of Endowments Tribunal, Guntur.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
