Ramasubramanian,J) Admittedly, an appeal in S.A.No.11 of 2018 has already been filed by the petitioner against the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation Act, 2002. Therefore, the subsequent measures taken under Section 13 (4) of the Act should also be challenged only before the Tribunal.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
