Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused submitted that there is a typographical mistake in the pleadings of the application and sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, permission, as sought for, is accorded. 3 .

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
