THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34778 OF 2016 ORDER :

Heard Mr.K.Raghuveer Reddy, for petitioners and Mr.C.Buchi Reddy, for respondents.

On 17.11.2016 the following docket order was passed : "Written instruction dated 24.10.2016 is placed on record. The Court is not persuaded to grant the time requested by respondents for the acquisition was decades ago. The learned Standing Counsel requests time to file affidavit to the effect that the compensation payable to the petitioners will be deposited/paid within three months from 25.11.2016. Registry to communicate the docket order to respondent Nos.3 and 4 forthwith.

Post on 25.11.2016 under the caption 'for orders'. The Principal Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Housing Commissioner, Telangana Housing Board filed counter affidavit. In Paragraph No.5 the following undertaking is given : "In the above stated circumstances, it is respectfully submitted that this office will deposit/pay the compensation payable to the petitioners within a period of three months from 25.11.2016, subject to such orders that may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the above SLP." The undertaking given by the 1st respondent placed on record, accepted and the Writ petition is ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
