The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are not providing information to him in pursuance of his application dated 06-02-2018 filed under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act (for short "the Act"). On that, the petitioner filed complaint on 31-05-2018 before the 1st respondent under Section 18 of the Act. But till today, the same are not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action.
