SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12301 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.2, in Crime No.1061 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District.

The offences alleged are under Sections 417, 420 and 376 of I.P.C. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that earlier the petitioner herein filed Criminal Petition No.9744 of 2018 before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed on merits. 5.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that the instant Criminal Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
