The case of the petitioner is that he purchased land admeasuring Ac.0-19 1⁄4 guntas in Sy.No.326 of Pratapsingaram Village and Grampanchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under registered sale deed bearing document No.3760 of 2004, dated 12-03-2004. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 18-05-2017 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
