Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.3 in Crime No.45 of 2017 of Maredumilli Police Station, East Godavari District, for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(B)(I) of NDPS Act. As per the panchanama conducted by the police on 27.06.2017, 120 kgs of ganja worth Rs.6,00,000/- was seized from the petitioner and A.4.

Having regard to the gravity of allegation and since the quantity alleged is a commercial quantity, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner/A.3.
