HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD Crl.R.C.No.3152 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision is arising out of the order dated 13.08.2018 passed in M.C.No.71 of 2014 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Khammam.

2. The 1st respondent herein has filed the above mentioned M.C. before the lower Court under Section 125 Cr.P.C seeking maintenance of Rs.5,000/- each to the petitioners towards monthly maintenance and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have preferred the present revision case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision in view of the mistakes crept in the grounds of revision and prayer.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
