THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5543 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner assailing the order dated 01.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.1230 of 2014 in Tr.O.P.No.444 of 2014 on the file of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

The petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.202 of 2014 on the file of IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, against the respondent, for perpetual injunction. Pending suit, the petitioner filed Tr.O.P.No.444 of 2014 on the file of Chief District Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. By order dated 01.04.2014, the learned Judge granted an order of status quo in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Tr.O.P.No.444 of 2014 is still pending and the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad may be directed to dispose of the above Tr.O.P. as expeditiously as possible. 5.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is directed to dispose of Tr.O.P.No.444 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
