This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the application of the petitioner vide Application No.MU021701270738, dated 18.05.2017 and issuing pattadar pass book in petitioner's favour in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.20 guntas, situated in Sy.No.326 of Pratapsingaram Village and Grampanchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, purchased under a registered sale deed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
