This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.7 to A.12 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. to grant them anticipatory bail in Crime No.169 of 2017 of Rompicherla Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 324 and 307 I.P.C. r/w Section 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) of the S.Cs. and S.Ts. (P.O.A.) Act, 1989. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-A.7 to A.12, and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record. 3.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners-A.7 to A.12 intends to withdraw the criminal petition. 4.

Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall also stand dismissed.
